    HIVE Retail

We are building a software solution & service that enables a scalable humanoid workforce for retail shops — starting with supermarkets, but designed to work in any retail environment.

Humanoids are a supplement to your retail workers, not a replacement. They take the repetitive, physical night-time tasks so your team arrives to full shelves and can spend their shift on customers, service and the work that needs a human.

    • Night-time shelf replenishment, available today
    • AI & teleoperation with trained robotpilots
    • Whole-body control for real store shelf heights
    • Approved to work in any EU store

    Capabilities

    The HIVE Retail Solution

Night-time shelf replenishment via humanoid robots supported by our Heimdall platform, the control and data foundation that makes it repeatable across stores.

    Night-time shelf replenishment

Humanoid robots restocking shelves and preparing the store while it is closed. Robots are ready to work shifts now.

    Heimdall: AI & remote teleoperation

Our full-stack teleoperation and AI data-gathering platform, allows a trained remote human robotpilot to step in whenever the robot needs a hand.

    Whole-body control

Bending down, reaching low shelves and working at real store heights. Our robots are 140 and 180 cm tall and reach both low and high shelves.

    Data integrity by design

Sovereign by design: models trained on our own GPUs in Denmark, so your store data stays on European infrastructure you can audit.

    European Union flag

    Sovereign and European by design

Robots, pilots and software delivered from Denmark, with your store data kept on European infrastructure you can audit — and a service we adapt to how your business actually runs.

    Robot as a Service

A robot workforce, priced by the hour

You do not buy a robot, a fleet system and a team of specialists. You book working hours. We deliver the robot, run the software, staff the pilots and keep it working — you pay an hourly rate for the shifts you need, scaling up or down as your stores demand. Ready to work in any EU store.

    Pricing on request

Hourly rates depend on store format, shift pattern and volume. Ask us for an indicative quote.

    What the hourly rate includes

    • The humanoid robot, delivered and installed in your store
    • Trained remote robotpilots covering the operating hours you book
    • Monitoring, maintenance and continuous improvements
    • Reporting on completed tasks and shelf performance

The software itself is part of the hourly rate — the service is built on our own platform Heimdall, running on GPUs in Denmark, so your store data stays in an environment we control and you can audit.

    Store app

Daily routine: your staff decide what gets replenished

Store employees use the HIVE app to pick exactly which products the robot should replenish during the night shift. Each product carries its own photo and shelf location, aisle and section, so the team simply selects items, sends the task list at closing time, and arrives to full shelves in the morning.

    Typical workflow.

    1. 1

      Select tasks

Staff choose the products to restock, each with a photo, aisle and section.

    2. 2

      Schedule time

Start now if allowed, in 30 minutes, or at a specific time for the night shift.

    3. 3

      Prepare robot

A short checklist: change the battery, confirm it is fully charged, start the robot and wait for OK.

    4. 4

      Activate robot

Review the queue and start time, then activate the plan - the robot takes it from there.
